Well he can have as many as he can 'absorb' from others. Remember originally he had no ostensive powers.

Who says there will be a final battle? It'll probably turn out that he's the father of Peter Petrelli and a second cousin of the Haitian.
The whole explosion thing is just a misunderstanding - not an epic battle to the death. The guy with the radiation abilities comes into town one day, Peter is talking to his long lost father and suddenly crosses radioactive man and goes out of control because of absorbing the guys powers.
Then it turns out he's their uncle and they laugh, and joke, and make up and have a party to celebrate. |

Good question, what freezing power??
Btw. if he meets Peter he will be able to do all of this plus what his friends etc. can do. And also Hiro can control time, try to beat that. Btw. it's so obvious that Syler and Peter are like pro and contra. Syler get's the powers by killing his victims and Peter, well I don't know if he needs them alive but he doesn't have to kill them. Also Syler just can control his powers without any problems and Peter still needs to learn it.
The thing with the bomb was bringing to my mind that because they saw it happen everything they do now is to change the future just like the teenager picture and stuff. And by knowing it the events to stopping it have started, maybe Peter would've never met the invisible man and never would of started learning how to control his power and went boom! Maybe it is the atomic guy, we will see sometime.

Mhhh maybe it's connected to that wierd symbol and as of now most of the younger ones are combinations of people with powers.

btw anyone noticed that we nikki and jessica not being seperated by a mirror for the first time? i wonder what's the sagnificance of this.. (even jessica looked suprised to see her own reflection in the mirror)

Didn't need to, I checked one of the earlier episodes, and the one where they first introduce the guy who can read minds they are at one of Sylars murder scenes. One of the victims is frozen solid and has the top of his head sawed off.

I think Matt 'heard' both of them with his mind reading abilities. The conflict was in her head.

Thats what I assumed when I saw it. Otherwise this is going from dubious sci-fi into full-on fantasy.
