There are people who point to the screen when they mean PC. It doesnt have to be staged, but she really has to be RETARDED to not understand simple WORDS when spoken to, or concepts like INSIDE or OPEN. My friend used to do IT support and he got called to an office where the nice ladies said their computers wouldnt turn on. He got there and the PC's (that were always on) werent even there, only the keyboards, mouses and screens were left. They were stolen.

Im on helpdesk to man... not got any extreme cases on the phone, but I see some insane stuff.
Also this guy who wanted help to get limewire working properly. And this other guy who wanted me to change our policy in the firewall so he could see a spesific porn site. Stuff like that. But also stupid people, who always have to call us first. Then we drive to that place, and wooo a restart worked. hmmf.
