What's the deal with the NTSC-PAL problems with xbox releases lately? I always thought you could pretty much always run NTSC games on a PAL xbox and vice versa except for a few special cases which could be fixed by using the Enigmah video mode switcher.

I haven't had any probs recently and I have a PAL xbox but it seems like loads of others are.

I tried everything to get that stupid Dagger release to work. Now I hear that one of those holes is messed up anyway.
