just started playing it... now maybe its just that my standards have slipped ever since i started playing psp games, and they slipped even further when i started playing psx games, but to me the graphics actually look pretty decent.. i dunno game doesnt seem to really have any kind of solid progressive story so it feels a little boring, but it sure is a flashy full on button mashing action game, probably with a crapload of combo moves and upgrades as you progress. ill have to play it some more to decide how good it really is...
I agree, it seems like a bit of mindless fun to me.. When I first saw the number of levels I was pretty happy, I figured it would be more of a story driven platform'ish affair, but then found each level to last about 2mins and be tiny combat only setups. Its a little disappointing.
Graphics are great, controls are good and the sound is pretty decent too. The cut scenes (the 1 and only that I have seen) was pretty cool, a comic book style. Aside from that the game doesn't seem to have much to offer other than a quick button bash.. a big shame.
