					| Where can i download mods for this game? I found much mods but i cant download them without registration. 
 Does anyone of you know a good site with free download?
 
 What mods are the best for GFX, gameplay etc?

					| when i want to launch Morrowind Graphics Extender with dx9 full i get this error
 d3dx9_28.dll was not found.  I have DirectX from Rainbow Six: vegas

And must be Morrowind Graphics Extender be started before i start morrowind.

 MGE must be started before morrowind yes.

 Even vanilla looks much better.
  The mods adds some fancy shader post-processing effects, like depth of field, bloom, water reflection and refraction, but the fundamentals are still there - blocky characters and architecture as a result of low poly models.  |  |
