I never got around to watching the show but I heard it's pretty good. There probably won't be another season though cause it's getting poor ratings.

A second season was NEVER PLANNED! Again, this show was written with 13 episodes in mind and only that. It's a filler while Lost is on break.
If you got the time, I definitively recommend you check out this mini-series. |

Yeah four episodes have been aired online in the US, which is only for people living in the US, proxy don't even work from what I have read.

Whats with the DaybreakE11-H264-3k.mp4.001 ... up to DaybreakE11-H264-3k.mp4.020 release.. i can get the first file to ply but then it hangs.. what is needed to play this????

Hmm, was waiting for this to come back on, and now I find out that it's been canceled. Shame, It's a great show, the Wife and I really enjoyed it. Will have to start download em I guess.

Read last page, it was taken off the air but the remaining episodes were broadcasted on the net. |

It was a smart move of the producers to not end this show with a cliffhanger, but produce 13 eps that come together coherent. And if it would've been a success, a 2nd season would be no problem. I'm glad it didn't end totally open like Invasion or Surface, leaving you behind with a bad feeling cause you know its never gonna come together.
Looks like any attempt for sci-fi based tv-shows gets crushed now because of bad ratings.
Star Trek enterprise, Stargate Sg-1, Invasion, Surface, Daybreak are all dead now. 4400, BSG and Atlantis (and partly Lost) now share the throne, constantly endangered by a break-in of quotes because occasional viewers just don't want to use their brain cells (and fantasy) when coming home exhausted after having another day of constant exploitation at the workplace. This kills off creativity and makes these shows inaccessible to most
people. Yes, it's all the capitalism's fault. I'd call this condition "workdrone delusion"
I really wish back the 90's, a time when people still had hope and time to dream:
Sliders, 3 Star Trek's, Andromeda, Farscape, Quantum Leap, Stargate, X-Files and all the others I forgot. 
2007 is again gonna be the year of boring CSI clones, neocon lawyer-shows, emancipated women who can't act and reality shows for the dumbest of the dumb.
