The ones I currently download are called:
Biohazard.4.4CD.INT-NETSHOW
Biohazard.4.DVD-NETSHOW
From what I've read on those china forums Bio4 section a 1.26 GB version with 50% reduced movie quality is also being prepared together with a 500 MB no movie version.
(Hard to read when everything is direct translated)

CD1 from the cd release should soon be finished for me, just needs to mount it then to verify that the release is not a fake.
But based on the amount of posts in the netshow forums the release is indeed genuine.
