Ok figured out that the torrent client I was using used the wrong directory for the file thats why Im not a seeder. Remove that torrent I'll have a new one up momentarily.

Is it online activation? Or can you just put a key in it and disable access to internet and play offline?

Well, played for 5 mins, bought the first house and the first car, raced a coupla times. Looks nice, but what I didn't like at all is those indestructible things on the side of the road like signs or small tress. Geez, if you ram it at that speed it would fly away and not stop upu like a brick wall, wtf!!! It's especially annoying when racing against AI in the beginning - those dumb morons just keep shoving each other left and right and they push you into those obstacles. In NFS you'd smash'em and slow down a little but here you just stop dead on the spot. And it's just some small sign or post or whatever. Fuck..
