I always sell level 1 materials for 1000, and level 2 2000-2500. and level 3 3500+, and etc. I've always got my items sold out when I get home from work >.
stop promoting the game allready. The game is getting crowded, and the prices of stuff are droping. I'll go bankrupt in no time if this continues. I can't make trips every day from Genoa/Algiers to Athens for me to sell lvl 4 ore/timber at 2.5k. So, the fewer miners/lumbers out there, the more profits for me
Create a 2nd account for selling, place your seller in Athens. Your player char can send timber and metal to your seller via the warehouse, use the post function. Up to 100 articles can be send and the receiver has 3 slots for 100 articles. Easy does it.
On the other hand the economy is going bad. Too many people quit playing after reaching lvl2 so it's getting harder and harder to sell lvl3 and beyond materials. Selling too cheap means that you will have to do way to much work in order to get your hands on enough money to level up your main char. There are also a lot of swindlers around, check and compare before buying special clothes or weapons.
Edit: basically good prices for timber and metal would be to double the price for each new level. Lvl1 1k, lvl2 2k, lvl3 4k, etc
A little tip for all the miners / loggers, make sure you learn the medicine skill, even though the skill potions seem expensive, you gain 3sp for every medicine level you gain, meaning you can mine / log more between every trip to the priest. This is especially good for loggers who do not have easy access to priests. At level 6 medicine my sp is 168 max, and will only go higher the more potions I use. It really makes a difference.

You create your own user name and password and then you log in, it's as easy as that. Yo don't get an e-mail and you even don't have to provide your e-mail address.

Downloaded this game when this thread was only on page 3 but deleted it after playing for a minute cause of some lag ! Then i found out my downloads where still running at the max so it was my own fault .. DAMN.. Didnt bothered to try it again.

Make sure to only increase one special skill in each discipline. So only increase weight in mining and skill points in lumber, if you see what I mean, if you increase the same one in both you waste a skill point.

do u gain more max weight when u lvl up to a new ship? (not the ship but your avatar)

I've got mining/timber-felling skills up to lvl 21, so I can do lvl 3 timber and bronze, mint as for making some dosh, I got all my mats for my lvl 3 ship and sold the leftovers for $600,000

Yes you shouldn't have put points in both mining and lumber into weight, I made the same mistake, you only get the weight increase once. Try and put weight on lumber and SP on mining, that way you level both up.
When you get a new ship only the ship itself is improved, it has no effect on yourself.
yea get a bigger bang for the points but u could just get the medicine skill and drink potions u get more sp whenever u level that skill, but will put some skill into the mining / lumber sp
Just thought i'd let everyone know that I (BezsMaracas) have left the guild. It seems to have died a death with none of the senior members around for the last two weeks and I wanted to be part of an active guild. Anyway, i've signed up with PlayersRealm who are nforce allies in game.
Sorry but there's only been about 4 of us playing regularly and it didn't seem like it was going to improve, I thought you'd just packed in completely to be honest. I'll be happy to pay back anything I owe, just let me know.

You can argue that it's a lack of loyalty but since all the clan executives and co haven't been online lately (read a few weeks) the guild was going nowhere. I like to be a part of an active and helpful guild and basically only 3 of us where online regularly. I wouldn't mind start over with a few active players but 1st clean ship
