I think the most important questions are #1 and #2. I don't see either side winning a nuclear war. As for EU mobilization and commitment of troops, the EU as a country would have to worry that specific member states would ignore the demand for troops to appease their own citizens, particularly if they felt their country's troops were dying/being sent to the most dangerous places unfairly. If the EU truly combined in the face of a common threat, you could be an awesome force. Right now, the EU lacks the unity to win a struggle. The EU reminds me of the Austro-Hungarian Empire fighting in WW1, and their diversity and lack of unity hurt their combat effectiveness. |
What about the Canadian Role????   |
I think Canada would probably stay neutral, due to strong ties to both UK and US. (factoring the UK in with the EU, otherwise there is a stronger chance it would join the US and UK). Canada would be in a better position to assist in a war against the EU than against the US. The threat from the EU would be far less than from the US because Canada shares such a large undefended border with the US and is vastly weaker militarily. Occupying Canada would be difficult, however, due to the number of guns available in the country.

1 of the 17 US nuclear submarines with each 17x 100 mt nuke power would destroy europe alone I feel sorry for the people who actualy think europe can win such a war. even with Russia on Europe side or the whole world probably nobody would win. tens of thousands nukes could be launched. from both sides
my point of view it ain't gonna happen. if US would realy be such an evil regime as some of you think some nations would already have interfene Russia ,china , mather of fact is they don't realy have such an big issiue with the US as long as US won't invade or bomb either one of them they will be silent.

Highstuff - nobody know if a war between Europe/US would turn into a nuclear war. Im pretty sure US would hesitate using nukes as there are more countries who's got them and who might retaliate. Using nukes would proberbly get you aggro from every other country on this planet imo.
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.
