does anyone have saving problems? i can save as often as i want but everytime when i try to load such a savegame, fable is only loading the last autosave.

Enigmah FInal chip here. Game boots perfect from DVD-R on cheap media.. No errors. Played up till training and getting weapons with no probs. I did realize if u use certain dvd-r media- u will get errors.. I bought a 100-PK of cheap media which my Phillips drve (April2004) will give me errors on. So burn it on another brand..Used alcohol, burnt 4x media at 8x with no probs..Great game..

The Assassin's outfit is teh gr8!
BTW, that bandits mission is quite good once you do that shitty sneaking part.

that mission is a pain, theres gotta be at least 20 bandits and you get attacked by like 3 or 4 at a time, it's crazy.

lol. I keep discovering new things about this game. I just got drunk and the whole screen went blurry as fuck for a while and my Hero threw up a few times.

Try load the quicksave then go into the options menu (while ingame) and chose the load option.. there you should have your "world saves". Peace

yep im having that prob aswell..played for a few hours the other night..
saved the game (in 2 spots to be sure)
just came back to it and its restarted from the beginning again..pah
tried as you suggested but no luck

I'm a bit stuck with this demon door which asks for an act of pure evil.
I tried to kill 2 swordsmen I hired but nothing... someone got an idea of what to do?

Read through the logbook, in the select menu I think. It tells you how to do all the commands you've already been told.
Btw, to do that stealth part of he bandit mission easily, first just run straight at them and kill the three guys when they see you. Then run around and near the door you have to go through is a large boulder. Hide behind it, wait for the guys to come and, and they'll all walk past you. Then just run around and through the door. Easy!
I love this game. One question though, where do I buy a wedding ring from. I have about 6 girls in love with me but can't marry them because they keep asking for a ring. Do you have to marry them to have sex? I want a son! I tried getting her drunk, but she just started stumbling around, even after I led her to the bedroom, and got in bed.
Hey, I noticed something really cool btw. I'm a bit of an evil guy (not that evil, i don't kill people for no reason) and I was flirting with this women and it was going well, then a guard came over and she acted like she didn't know me. She kept saying "i'm not with you, who are you?". The AI in this game is fantastic. Imagine the things bigbluebox could do with a PC.

You can get wedding rings from loads of places. The first trader in Bowerstone is one that immediately springs to mind.
Lady Gray's necklace is between the two upside down boats in Oakvale's west beach. You have to dig it up using the shovel (available in the graveyard which you visit in the prison quest).

Yeah I just finished it but I sort of rushed through it. I was a completely good Hero last time so now I'm going to be evil and probably a bit more thorough.
I can't believe people are bitching about how short it is considering the amount of non-essential stuff there is to do plus the fact the whole good/evil thing adds a fair bit of replayability.
