Don't worry about it. When the devs see the massive difference between console sales and PC sales for this game, they'll probably put in even less effort in porting their next release.

I love consoles (have 3 or is it 4 now...PS1, PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360) yup 4, but I just SUCK! using the controller. So leave the console gaming to my son.

Crack seems to have a side effect (or a bad mistake in cracking) that keeps posting a message. From the moment I load up the game to getting into a match I keep getting the same message window over and over again with ever click:

The Hatred 1.02 is a bad crack. It screws up single player slightly (not tried multiplayer yet). The screen constantly says "E - No Ammo" and says "DETONATE" in bottom where it normally says what weapon is being used.
Too bad, they almost had a good crack.

The only real benefit that a PC has over a console is that you can play with keyboard and mouse, essential for FPS/TPS IMHO but less so for other genres.
The answer is obvious, go buy an XPFS 360 and have the best of both worlds, decently optimized games that always run as intended with bespoke keyboard and mouse control! It's also compatible with the PS2 Light Gun and the PS2 racing Wheel ...
Me, I'm off to buy a 360, stuff the PC, PC gaming is dead in the water.

read the x360 controller thread in pc hardware, the new DX 10 branded games are going to all compatible with gamepads

It doesnt, change or not im not giving the bastards my money, doesn't have to be for a good cause.
back on topic:
Crack works fine here, even runs a bit better but ya, I get that message everytime I get to the main menu but doesn't affect anything else. I got that degraded game thing once, I reinstalled reapplied crack and it works.
This game also rocks over hamachi, me n some friends been doing co-op and using skype to voice talk.

i have this using hatred crack with 1.1 patch :/ is there any cure for that?

the 1.02 crack works fine for me atleast. I get the little box about ranked matches but other then that no problems at all.

i tried the ahtred version with the new 1.02 crack and when the loading screen comes up with the small soliders running and sais loading under it crashes to windows after a while.. someone knows why and how i can maybe make so it doesnt if someone have had the same problem.. thnx in advance //MiB

Had the same problem...my Harware is not supported by the game

I think you need a Shader 3.0 card to run it. Actually, I dont think so - I know thats the case.
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

wel it depends, if your using ATI you need the X1600 or later as the 1600 is when ATI started using SM3.0
Geforce it's the 6600GT
Also post your hardware, we can also help by seeing what your using.

Actually, I think any ATI X1k series card works (X1300 and higher). But the X1300 is so low-end, it's not even worth it.
The GeForce is the 6/7/8 series cards.
Another solution is waiting to see if Ubisoft decides to make a patch that allows SM2.0 cards to play the game like what they did to SC:CT.
