Hey all, I know I dont post too often here unless I have something to contribute, but this sounds like fun! I'm not huge on MMO's but LOVE pirate games and the whole economy and what not =) Upgrading ships sounds great.. Sid meijers was the last I've tried, but this is nothing like that.
I'll download it if you all would help me out while I get the hang of it??
How long is the learning curve?

I'm wondering the same thing.. might be the one from a page or so earlier in the thread, but don't know if that's accurate anymore

Heh. US server two. Magellen. Johnny is new to mmo's, so be gentle. Johnny as it is a mmo it means that it will always be that server as thats where your character is saved.

Ahhh Ok I see. I've played some Guildwars in my day but nothing substantial, as it didn't grab me like I expected.
Do you know if fishing is a viable source of revenue?? Because I'd rather do that than mine or chop wood. Right now Killing things and goats for wool just isn't cutting it. I've got ax skill up a ways, and now I'd like to build a ship but I only have about 6G's left after some equipment upgrades =( What city are you guys playing in?

Yep im still mostly in or around athens. I didnt like Guild wars very much but so far I am enjoying this quite a bit.

The Autoroute is switched off as a default. Switch it on and all is fine.

Kaiser, go to the Blacksmith. He sells collecting tools.
The things you dind/collect/produce can be used by you or sold to other players, NPC's won't buy such items(as far as i know).
