Yes, but a few versions reportedly don't work at all, apparently the latest one does (as advertised on codejunkies site)

so all i need is the latest version of ngc freeloader and i can play gamecube backups on a Wii?
Can i play NTSC backups on a PAL console?

the freeloader is to play games of different regions/NGCs

NO Freeloader/AR work on PAL Wii.
Period.
You just have to wait. How long ? Nobody can tell.
Don"t trust Datel/Codejunkies "aviability", it's not out yet and they'll just scam your money and ask to wait.

(just kidding.. but the PSO glitch was hilarious when it was discovered on the GC)
