This is a very good film, no action flick but a good tense sorta spook drama. Acting is not bad, I think De Niro directed and he somehow catches the mood of the 40's-60's pretty well.
Also the plot is OK, how enemies (cold war USA/USSR) have to rat each other out with covert plans and schemes. To me it feels a bit like a Spy version of "Good Night and Good Luck", maybe not in a cinematographic way, but in the mood,8/10
