I played the demo for 30 minutes and really enjoyed it had some fun jumping into a mech with that insane cannon Smile

I played the demo a long time ago. The explosions look awesome and are what next gen visuals are all about! Blasting apart guard towers was hella fun!

Attaching and reattaching mech guns is a cool idea and being able to use them without a mech is even cooler! Very Happy

Capcom have another winner and maybe even a new franchise which will spawn several sequels!

Stop with the nexgen marketing crap please nexgen is what you don't have, what you 'do' have is current gen, my super nintendo looks really nexgen compared to my nintendo 8bit Rolling Eyes
Yes Lost Planet looks great, but it's not nexgen, don't listen to marketeers.

I've played the first four missions, it's pretty good up to now, takes me about 40 minutes per mission, the game isn't too easy and not to hard imo it's perfect. my hand got a bit crampy so I am taking a break for a while Sad

Yeah, i work for a webhosting company. I do server administration and technical support, as well as whatever other random jobs need doing around here. (server hardware builds, VPN stuff for our DC office, things like that). We gotta be here 24/7 to monitor the servers so they got me workin xmas eve. Luckily, we have an employee or two that dont celebrate xmas so i dont need to work xmas day! Very Happy

but god my shift is only half over now and i really wanna go play lost planet D:!!! >.<

I just finished it, I liked it, the challenges though they seem impossible are possible if you just try long enough Wink

It's not really in the same style as GoW, it's not exactly squad based tactical is it?

Wait.

So like, you finished it? The same day you got it? which means this game is pretty damn short and easy? D:

damn, already past my gaming prime at the ripe old age of 19.

Time to go nostalgically relive my gaming career at its peak with counter strike and diablo.

I did take two breaks, one because the blister I got yesterday at work started to bug me and the other for dinner I didn't finish r6v in one sitting either. but that's more because of schoolwork etc. I was off today without schoolwork for the first time since August or something.

The game rocks! Its a visual tour de force and yet another 360 hit for Capcom. I do have to mention however that it seems to suffer from the same problem with small text on an SDTV that Dead Rising had! Gah! :/

Are you guys playing it on Easy or Meduim?? I tryed Easy first, breezed past the first two levels way too easy. Most capcom games are insanely hard on easy even, but it seems this one isn't, think I will step it up to meduim. Also can you change the difficulty on the levels mid game? or once you start a campaign, is that campaign locked in on the initial difficulty?
