The question is not if they are spraying or not, and, unless you're retarded, you'll understand that they do. The question is what is in the spray and how can we, the people, stop it.
Of all the ways to distribute whatever chemical they are supposedly 'spraying' that would have to be one of the MOST inefficient ways to get it to the populous. Fuel cost vs efficiency, covertness would be out the window, prediction of where it actually lands, vs weather/jetstream/wind gusts that cant be predicted.
Even IF they could calculate with 100% to the area that it lands, what, perhaps 0.00001% of it sprayed lands on people, with the remainder landing harmlessly on the land. or in places that it would never have any direct contact with people.
I myself cannot see it as any type of viable theory..with up to 99% of the population of any city consuming city supplied water or bathing in it, eating food that passes thru govt controlled inspection stations, and the like..there is ways MUCH more covert, and effective if they was wanting to pass out poisions than spraying the skys and hoping that a tiny tiny percentage of it makes it in contact with a person at any level needed to take effect.

They admit in their meetings and documents that the population growth is a major problem they have a hard time dealing with. Its not easy to kill 6.5 billion people you know. But I think in the end they will be successful. Question is when.
There are rumours that when these billioniers/royals meet, they specificaly ask not to include GMO food in their meals. Worth to note.
