3dsmax? though I don't think I would but it even if I had the money... it's just too damn expensive for someone who's not doing too much with it.

I would probably buy all the good games I've downloaded like Oblivion,GTA, Far Cry and etc...

Zonealarm Security Suite
Windows Vista (will be buying in Jan/Feb)
mIRC (used it for 10 years and still on the evaluation Razz)
Adobe Photoshop CS2 (or 3)

That's about it, the rest of the stuff I use I've either paid for, or it's freeware Smile

Good topic I'd buy nod32.

Sometimes it makes me feel bad searching for a crack for some £10.00 application that I cannot live without but wont pay for either.

Total Commander, Serv-U, Photoshop and Visual Studio. Three of these (1,1,0,1) are already availible to some degree for nothing. And I'm so intuned with total commander, that I don't even remember, see or have any sense of the number [1,2,3] buttons that pop up at the start. It's all in muscle memmory now.

EDIT: someone mentioned donating money to free projects. Then I would consider Mozilla.
