Aw well i found a fix, i did nothing and waited 30sec and it worked.

yes i get the same thing how come there is no solution for it. it freezes at the end of EA LOGO. help pleaseeeeeeee

someone tolld me to uninstall clone cd and then
burn the game

ok here is the solution . i remeved daemon tools (maybe u dont have to), then mounted with alcohol. and started the game from the autorun cd 1. then it started it did the EA LOGO. it froze. NOW PAY ATENTION> press ctrl alt del task manager comes up. u will see taht sims 2 says is not responding. go to proceses and find sims2.exe right click on it and set priority to high. there is another one `e5.001.exe that opens with sims 2 make sure u do the same with taht too, set it to hight. now wait a bit from 30sec to 60 sec, it is going to process and after this time it is going to work. The game will start. THANKS TO FLARK FOR THE IDEA.

it didn't work...
but i heard that i can mount the image in alcho
but i burn and delete the image so what software can convert it back?

I have the microsoft error window after the splash screen.... I remove Clone CD .... still have the same error .... remove Clone DVD2 and bam work like a charm.

but i dont have any clone software,how do i search for it
there is a clone files on my pc?

I have the last 3 disks mounted on demon tool & I burned CD1 with A-120%, I get the splash screen & I have set the priority of those running processes to high, still nothing & I have waiting over 5 miins, thats how sad I am...so anyone any ideas now?

try mount the cd-1 not the 3 others
