this is a mistake of the lang-patch,go to mission folder rename the ca.bak to ca.pbo is ok

ginge51, This is a thread about the game so expect most people to like the game in here.
Also, why did you honestly feel the need to express that you don't like the game? To generate some reaction or to open your heart to us?

ok i found a way to get the path 1.1 workin in the german version
you have to use AlkiSecuROM v1.1, it must be v1.1 not 1.0!! (is in gamecopyworld).

Hm, wierd. After I applied the patch to the CZ version the language patch no longer works. No matter what version of the language patch I try to run.

It only works with the Czech cd key, otherwise i've had no problems with it.

the game really runs like shit..even with the patch 1.1 omfg =/ i been playin in 1024 with everything on max expect the aa and af...then tried 1024 eveything on very low and disabled shadows and everythin, and still runs like shit...unnistal as we speak.. ohh i liked the game..it has a great graphics,nice gameplay, but the i.a sucks, and the animations are lamme. But still is a great game (after they make patch 1.9 maybe the game will run decent ).
i have a AMD64 3800+
2GB Dual channel kingston
XFX 7900GT

Is it just nvidia users that are having performance issues? It runs really smooth for me, admittedly not at max settings but probably medium at 1280 x 1024.

nope it's just random users.
some don't even really have performance issues, but just can't accept the fact that their PCs are getting old.
I don't have any problems with my 7900 gtx. I can run everything on high (not max), with medium view distance and even anti aliasing. AA really makes the game look so much better, it's worth using it.
And don't ever try putting the view distance to something like 10000, it's just not necessary. Even with a distance of 2000 you'll see really really far and it'll make the game run a lot smoother.

My campaign won't update with the 0.7 language pack, gives a crc error even though its off a fresh install. Is this because of the cracked update i'm using? Going to have to update the campaign with the working 0.3 language patch instead.

whats your problem dude ? still sad that your rig can´t handle Armed Assault?
btw played a lot of mutiplayer (mainly coops) last weekend. Was a lot of fun. So many Rambos.

My pc can handle better games then armed assault. And the prob is not my pc, is the game. btw what are your specs?
