This game is amazing. Sounds are so goood with 5.1. Runs greath with my old hagged gfx card. Scary as hell. Almost pissed my pans a few times, I actually dont want to go into a room what is full of blood and dead bodies and you can hear some monster walking on the sealing. Still shaking...
Oh and I chose to kill every one. The voices in your head are the bomb.
...I need my teddy

Although i am enjoying this game immensely, i get the feeling it's quite short. I've been playin for about 3 hours, and am already up to level 5.
The game features says there are 9 levels. That's an awefully short game. Ahh well, the price you must opay for quality over quantity.

3. yes.. it's still a great game.
I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad, The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had.

Is this game worth playing? How are the graphics in comparison to Thief III?

For you guys that have True Crime and Sufferng and they won't start:
For some reason the games don't run on the Thunderbird processors, you are screwed unless you switch/upgrade.

Its all about respect. You just cant use others tools and say you did it. Its wrong to the whole "community". Lets not talk about this anymore. Focus on the game.
I got that extra cd. Wild clips. That jail is just so scary in real life. Would like to visit it at night - just the thought of it freaks me out.

Didn't they do the MTV reality show in that prison? The pitch black one where they run around through it and I forget what they were trying to accomplish... but am I correct?

start the game, go to options, select the brightness level you want, change your screen resolution to something other than what it is currently, accept. Then change the resolution back to what you want.
Gamma should stay at whatever level you desire. |
i already figure it out, but thanks anyway..
btw, the game slow down for like 30 sec when u click on the control option, does this happend to anyway or is it just me?

This game fails severly in trying to scare you, just hordes of enemies all of the time so no tension is ever built up (they try a bit in the begining, but isnt any more scary than the begining of Unreal 1). Graphics is ok and sound is alright but it sounds very stupid when the same phrase is repeated over and over. The level design was very dull and uninspiring, the enemies you encounter was a bit more original though.
Thief3 is miles and miles ahead when it comes to building up tension and has much better / smarter soundFX + it has better shadows (very important in a horror game), and much scarier just because you cant get away with slaughtering everything in sight. 65/100 would be my score.
