hehe. This reminds me of this lame show I watched on FOX few years ago, "When cars attack". Basically a bunch of accident scene and police chase clips, not unlike this one, with dumb ass fake narrating, to make it seem as the cars were somehow in control creating all the carnage.

Quite easy to explain. If you look at the fence, it doesn't appear to be fixed to the ground. The car has just slipped under it and the chainmail fence has slipped back down.

If that was so the fence should be moving or even be broken but its still as nothing has touched it. So not quite that easy.

Bah it's just like Jenni says,
and what's up with the reporter sating he's driving at "supernatural" speed.
When you see a hot pursuit they're shocked when people drive 160km/h... LOL
I mean, any nowadays car can reach speeds up to 220km/h right?

Jenni's right. If you look at the left side of the fence as the cop car first approaches it you can briefly see it is moving, and it's partially collapsed. This would have been the section he drove under.
