and you can't?
Why is that?
Everyone I know says I lost some weight. Like they can see it in my face. They can see it in my eyes and shit (they’re bigger and my nose is smaller and such). And I don't feel like I lost anything. I look in the mirror and I can't notice a difference of what I've seen couple odd weeks ago and what I'm seeing now. Is it cause I see my self everyday and these 'gradual' changes aren't noticed by me, but can only be noticed by people who rarely see me?
Cause like. Why go on a diet and why torture yourself if you can't really notice it.
I'm fuckin' suffering and shit. I have been eating so little. Lots of water. Some green tea. Like. Aaaaargh! My sleeping is way off. My head aches a lot (I have constant migraines [thank god for Tylenols ]). And I can't see if I'm looking better or not. I dunno if it's working!
There are times where I feel like I’m going to pass out from all the exhaustion and shit
I’ve been jogging lots lately. And like… half the time I’m just making sure I’m not in the middle of the road y’know.
It’s fucked. Even my jogging partner said she really noticed the loss of weight in me and she’s angry that all this jogging isn’t really working for her. My fucking feet are killing me, I step into a bath filled with water and they feel like they’re defrosting and all of that just so I can hear that I’m losing weight I wanna see it!!!! God!
I wish I went blind for a week!
But. I’m told that by January I should be super sexy hot. So I’m eagerly awaiting new year. No more super unsexy fat waldo running around. it'll be super sexy waldo running around! Yeeeah!
Muwhahahahahahahhaha! I'm gonna be super model sexy hot! Yeah! If I start building a catwalk now it'll be done by the time I become super sexy Waldo!

my weight usually stays very much the same and still people ask me if i lost or gained weight all the time, depending on what clothes i wear or how i have my hair (open / ponytail), so i guess most only judge based on very poor contextual impressions...

OMFG!!! ...coz you see yourself everyday in the mirror, so you can recognize that you lost some kgs/lbs. Other people see you once per week/month, so they better can see the difference....

no more than couple days? I've been jogging for 4+ weeks now
I've been following the routine for a while now.
And why is it bad time?

In the gym it's loud. And since I don't jog alone so I end up talking about things. Y'know. In the gym it's more social-ish type thing. It's less private. I think. And I like it when it's cold. Makes me want to do more when I’m jogging. Warms me up.
I like being alone with one person and just talking about personal things. Y’know. Connecting. Being understood. Fitting in. In crowded places it’s harder talking about personal matters. People can hear you and they’ll start judging you. And it just makes me want to shut up about problems and talk about meaningless things. And it just becomes small talk. I really hate small talk.
When I put on some of my shirts... you can't see a thing (I love that!) and in some of them... i look like i got massive pecks capable of producing milk My ass is also chubby. My thighs are huge. I still have a beer belly. It’s messy. Really messy.
I don’t really like yogurt. It’s got milk. Right? I’m afraid of touching milk. I’d rather eat less than be constantly wary of having some ill reaction towards the lactose. Y’know.
Today I had a nice medium sized Chinese plate. 3 kinds of meats. Noodles. Some veggies. And when I got home my nephew brought me a burger from Wendy’s and I couldn’t say no. I’m being fattened up
I’m not super sexy hot yet. January. That’s when I’ll be super sexy hot. You’ll see! I’ll have a bony face. No fat cheeks. Then I’ll be able to actually smile without looking like… like… a plastic doll under the heat lamp.
Y'know what I mean!

All I really want is for my smile not to look like a plastic doll under the heating lamp. And no. it's not in my head. You can ask pistol. She knows what I’m talking about. She saw!
So I think, that if I do eat less and exercise daily... i should lose some of the facial mass and my cheeks won’t stick out when I smile. If not, then hey, I’ll at least will be able to see my pecker when I look down. And that's always a plus. Right?
1st priority is for me to have a normal smile
2nd priority is that big gut of mine.
3rd everything else.

Well theres nothing wrong with leading a healthy lifestyle. But I can't help but think you're doing it for the wrong reasons.

Isn’t it always the same reasons though to go through huge ass torturous diets? Not just to be healthy and all but to also look and feel attractive?
I know that after all of this is done I won’t be Daniel Craig hot, y’know, but at least I wont have a huge girth, a mushy ass, thighs the size of my monitor and a set of double d’s.

I belong to 2 gyms. In case one is closed I have a back up. I have fitness world and I pay $9/month for it after all the membership fees.
(I just realised something, that charge isn't coming off my credit card)
That one is loud and busy. I have to wait for the friggen equipment because it is always in use. The ‘beautiful’ people go to this one and half the time they sit there on the equipment while talking on their cell phone. The women wear full makeup and perfume??? holy christ it makes my eyes water. Lots of drug dealers too.
Cottage cheese is apparently low in Lactose. I am OK on it.
They other one is a city public one. That is my favourite. The gym is never busy and all the equipment has TV’s you plug into. Mostly I use my MP3 player and use the radio.
Don’t you find it hard to talk and run at the same time. I suck at running. I started running at 15 just because I sucked at it. I got shin splints and my ankles hurt. When I am doing something physical it is like I am meditating.
How many calories and fat are you limiting yourself too?

And Pistol doesn’t think waldo looks like a plastic doll under the heat lamp. I swear he has a better smile than me.
I don’t think it is healthy to think of diets as torturous. If you are hungry eat but make healthy choose. You have learn how to read the nut. labile on portions. They are sneaky too because often the info at the back of the box is for 1 portion and that whole box contains 4 portions. My girlfriend doesn’t get that. She will eat the whole box and then 3 hrs later she wants MacDonalds and her reason is I ate so healthy today. I am like you just ate 35 grams of fat 2 hrs ago and now you want MacDonalds.

I hate fast food burgers. Only because they taste so damn good. They're not good for me or anything. Whenever I eat a burger i feel like throwing up. Y'know. Like I just ate poison and I’m about to die and I want to get rid of it. I have a constantly feel ill after I eat one. I dunno why. When I eat one, it’s like heaven but after… it’s like… why the fuck did I eat it?
It is hard to run and talk. But it's like this. One way is 2.3/.5 km. With side streets and shit. We walk one street and run the next two. We speed walk and talk. When we run it's mostly one person talking. Uh-huh. Yop. Yeah. Type of thing. (small talk answer to a big talk conversation ) Then we walk and talk at length. Then run again. And it’s a loop.
I'll try yogurts and cottage cheese on Sunday when I'm home and have nothing planned. I don't think I'll be jogging on Sunday. (btw I just got back) Went in early today. And only went half way since she got tired and wanted to go home. So what am I gonna do.
She told me one thing t ho. She said that girls don't like super skinny guys. Girls like guys with some meat on em. So she told me that I shouldn't go over the top cause if i turn bony... i won't be super sexy hot.
But yeah. I guess she has a point. So my goal now is just to lose my tummy/ass/thighs/titties and all those other fatty areas. My bony cheeks will have to wait until I get a different jogging partner who’s not gonna say shit like that
Also she said I’m on amphetamines since I eat so little and exercise plenty and I hardly ever appear tired.
calories and fat? I don't count it. But I Think I’m at 1k a day. I think. Could be lot more. Could be lot less. I eat at a Chinese restaurant and they don't have the labels on the menu. I drink a bottle of green tea (non diet) it's 160cal. I think. Or 120cal. Then I drink plenty of water. And that's it.
Though today I had a chicken burger from wendy's so like i think i had well over 2k today
I dunno how to count calories so I don’t try. And with fat. I have no idea.
I don’t know what’s a good number of calories to have a day.
The public gym sounds cool. There's one when i go to my school at 6am i see people in it. It’s never full, but i think i should first get in some adequate shape before I try a gym y'know. I don't really want to embarrass myself in front of a set of strangers.
Fitness world sounds like a gym I would never ever want to be a member of. God, going in on one day seeing all the beautiful people doing nothing and still looking good. That would make me want to kill my self.

my only meals this week were after 4. So I had 1 meal every 24-26 hours
Of course I had gum to chew in between and drinks yeah.
Why don't people eat after 5pm? For me it's a time problem.

I used to have two carrots for breakfast. But then time started going by fast and I had no time to prepare a thing.
And two small meals. It's kind of hard for me too. Only over the weekend. During the week I really don't have time to eat two meals. Takes me 45+ minutes. That's a lot of time. Then 50+ minutes of going home. Then I have about 30 minutes to undress and shower. Then I’m off to jog. When I get back I’m too beat to eat.

No. it's because of the caffeine shit. People can get high off of it. Fills you up with amphetamines and shit. Four cans of redbull will make your heart race etc. That it could just go and go and go and then just explode.
It was illegal here in canada. I bought the first redbull when it came here. I think it was back in 04.

Check out “a cooks book” application I use that for reference all the time.
It should help you with your calorie and fat intake. Fat is lipid. It is a demo so the recipe part is disabled but the food list is huge
Dashboard widget “Nutrient source”
Dashboard widget “You Diet” which is based on Weight watchers program. The widget keeps track of your points. You don’t consume more than 15 pts a day. The only ‘diet out there I think works is the WW because it teaches you serving sizes. The points are calculated by fat/calories/fibre.

You always have time to grab a apple or something. Even really healthy juice. V8 veggie juice in a can is easy to grab. Get a bunch of celery an carrots ready in a bolw of water and grab some on your way out. Get a bag of dried fruit.

I don’t understand the whole red bull thing. It looked harmless . Coffee and it have just about the same amount of caffeine. Their web site didn’t have any of the ingredients listed tho and I found that weird. I found it on another site.

I have the drink of the day widgie, but I think i'm gonna stop drinking for a while again. Well, i'm limiting my self to just two times a week.
I can't find the "you diet" widget.
Redbulls mess you up. I dunno why. I love them tho. Bought sugarfree ones today. SO AWFUL!
I don't really have the time to grab fruits on the go things. I'm always doing something that occupies my time and shit. I'm a lazy man who's very busy non stop. GRRRR!
