bah, it runs fine here even with anti aliasing and I don't even have a high end system.
maybe the guys with the 2-generations-behind 6800 and an otherwise good system just need different drivers, or maybe the game needs a patch.

Managed to run the game decently at 800*600 with everything low including AA and AF.
I have 512 mb ram, radeon 9800 pro and pentium 4 2.66 Ghz...
Anyway something tells me that the game is buggy as fuck and needs a serious patch.

No no errors with i think that is a sound dll ? if i remember...
But I am having the most stupidest of problems,, read below...
K, Graphics etc not a problem I have a decent system per specs below..
What is stopping me enjoy the game is the character movement is playing up, sometimes it moves fine then it runs on by itself after letting go the W key, or the mouse dont function right when panning or turning with it when running at same time, it sticks then it carries on the manouever later on etc like lag..
I had it flawless earlier on after alot of messing about but it seems to of gone stupid again after i changed mission to try...
Ive tried lowering settings which worked before but now seems to of gone back to terrible movement issues...????
Anyone seen similiar happenings ? ive tried ps2 mouse and keyboard instead of my g15 and g7 mouse as well, but its still the same.. Ive read its a CPU/FPS thing? cant see why.....
Specs:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
e6600 @ 2.7ghz
2Ghz Dominator DDR2 Pc8500
X-fi Sound card
Evga-7950GTX2 dual gpu 1gig ram (tried single gpu mode, no difference in problem)
Amd9-max Motherboard..(latest bios)
Dell 2005 FPW 20" Widescreen
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Anyone with any ideas it would be most appreciated..
Cheers,
James..

Having said that, Armed Assault's ball-gripping gameplay more than makes up for these cosmetic shortfalls and we cannot wait to take it online nearer the game's launch next February.

Guys! Its only incorrect MDS in this release. No more! And sometime sf run, and sometime no. Ore something wrong in image. May be incorrect image.
I had 3 games with latest sf, include sf 4.5.6.16 bild 14.11.2006 - all perfect run from dt 4.06 anf 4.08.

NICE!! the game is much more optimized than flashpoint. Just played with 10km! viewdistance on a 3200+/1gbddr/6800gt. When looking around fps is ~20+ and even flying with 10km is possible. Not that im using it constantly but its nice to see that my rig can do that without lag
Settings: http://img131.imageshack.us/my.php?image=settingsao3.jpg
BTW: i got it working with nod32indepth scan+ weight on enter
Driver verion? if you mean video then its 91.47

Pretty shocked that I can play the game on high settings with a fairly decent FPS. I have only an Athlon64 3000+, 1gb ram and a 7900GS 256mb. Many games recently have been pretty badly optimized, especially ones from low-budget developers such as this one - but this game is a very pleasant suprise. Definitely getting my money when the English version finally hits the shelves.

Seems like Armed Assault has "twisted" the demands since OFP. OFP used to be much much, much more demanding on the CPU and not on the graphic cards..

yea runs pretty decent on maxed out (except for view distance) on 3500+ 7800gtx 1 gb ram.
The graphics look pretty good, nice lighting and pixel shading, good sound (allthough i have expensive speakers ) nice animations.... loads of bugs though.

Another way to get this to work, is to run the game and it will say "checking disk" then run Passmark BurnInTest, and right away the game will start then just hit the stop button on the burn in test and yeah. Well its a little easier to do than running photoshop and 3ds max and autocad or whatever else. I guess heavy system strain makes starforce just start the game or something. Anyways yeah hope this helps, thanks for all the ideas guys.
