1 x USB Power Charge Cable For NDS Lite £2.99
I ordered the DS-X 4Gb cart on 3rd Nov and the MrModChips website clearly had it down as "available" and "in stock".
Then a few days later it changed to "pre-order".
On the 6th Nov they took payment from my bank account.
The item went through 2 cycles of being in stock and preorder over the next 2 weeks.
2 weeks after placing the order I used their helpdesk system to enquire as to why I had not received the item.
I got a very abusive message back saying it was clearly a pre-order.
I messaged back saying when I had placed the initial order it was stated as being "in stock".
At this point the criminals who run this site disabled my account so I couldn't (A) enquire anymore & (B) even see my order.
This site is run by criminals and I am in contact with my bank, PROTX & Trading Standards to bring a prosecution against them.
The MrModChips site is not even in the UK but in Thailand.
In 6 years of ordering goods on-line this is the first negative experience I have had - the lesson is to avoid the smaller & cheaper outlets and go for established names like Divineo, etc.

Post this in the xecuter forums. Xecuter are suppliers to mrmodchips. They may put pressure on them to deliver to protect their own customer base.

Never had a problem with them myself, but I haven't used them in a while and even when I did it was just the odd chip nothing major.

yeh i too almost ordered the 360 connectivity kit v2 from them.. but i spotted the thailand address and jumped to divineo uk instead... phew

I was just wondering if you're part of the Xecuter team or just the forum admin?
If you're a team member, I was wondering if you could look into the business dealings of Mr Mod chips. There seems to be a lot of complaints on here and one on www.nforce.nl This can't be good publicity for Your brand products as these complaints don't seem to be acted upon by Mr Modchips. Personally I would like to see him being removed as a reseller for all Team Xecuter products as he's quite clearly upto no good.

Thats sad to hear, I hope you get your money back or something.
Anyways I highly recommend http://www.divineo.cn/ for mods and stuff.
I just bought an M3 Adapter for my DS from them in their China Location, and not only did they send me a confirmation quickly. They sent it out immediately.
Of course there are a lot of other good websites. Thanks for the warning though, I now know never to buy anything from MrModchips.

Credit cards are good for that.
Plus if Mrmodchips keeps fucking around with peoples payments the credit cards companies won't do business with them anymore. People won't have the option of paying by credit card and they mrmod would lose a lot of money.
I am glad your getting somewhere with this. I would of lost it at the rude e-mail.

I always go for either Divineo.se or my personal favourite, chipper.se..
Chipper is THE store for this kind of things here in sweden. If you got a problem with anything you ordered from them, well just give them a call and they'll pick up the phone, answer your questions and do what they can to help you out. They haven't failed me once yet.
