The doctor? Where'd you figure that one? I know usually the killer turns out to be someone introduced earlier etc. but kinda hoping this won't be the case in Dexter.

Loved this ep. I think we're jumping the gun with the doctor. I think they want to us guess so that in later episode when they finally unveil the 'ITK' we'll all go wtf 
The doc seems to be such an obvious choice now. I dunno. It could be him. I mean that kiss sealed his future fate.  She's not gonna believe he's the ITK and will do everything to prove dexter wrong and they'll start drifting more apart. I'm pretty sure the next ep or so she and the doc will double date with dexter  That would just be gold.

i think the doctor is dating dexter's sister to get closer to him. she'll probably end up being one of he ITK victims but will be saved just in time by dexter who figured it all out
it's a game between dexter and the ITK, they both want to prove they're the best, by getting involved with his sister, he proves to dexter he's way better

okay let me just throw in my theory here, I think the ITK is...
Wait for it...
Dexter's REAL father!
That would at least make sense storywise, would probably explain why Dexter is the way he is.

First we gotta find out more about the doc. We've gots to know why’s them whores are his targets and shit. Then we'll know who the ITK really is.
