1. Extract the downloaded tar to rars, the rars to the image finally.
2. Mount the image in daemon-tools.
3. Start Alcohol, and the image making wizard within.
4. Select the drive with the image, set preset: "SecuROM NEW". Make sure it's not "SecuROM NEW 4x/5x". Maximum read speed is fine, leave it. Click next.
5. Select a drive where You have at least 2GBytes free space. Set the image format to CloneCD (and not MDS!) and click start.
6. Wait until ripping is done, then close Alcohol and unmount the image from Daemon tools.
7. Start TwinPeak. Click 'select CCD image', and select the image You just extracted. Click 'select BWA file' and select the BWA file from step 1. (sfaddon1.bwa, 27 652 bytes). Leave the other settings at default (15 and 710).
8. Click start, and then OK for the upcoming dialog. Wait until the image is done, and start Alcohol and the image burning wizard within.
9. Select the patched.ccd that TwinPeak created. Set preset: "SecuROM NEW". Make sure it's not "SecuROM NEW 4x/5x". Set write speed to 4X.
10. Insert blank media and start writing.
11. When done, disable Alcohol's Virtual drive completely, uninstall Daemon tools and all other disc emulators.
12. Restart computer and You are set. You have a working copy that works with v1.35 patch.

Yes working, but not for me :/ my CD/DVDRW dont support 4x write speed...

Btw you need the orginal Spellforce to run this expansion ?

I burned a working version of the BoW cd (without uninstalling deamon tools btw, just closing it). But now I have a different problem, i can't find keys for the original spellforce (TOoD). The one listed in the FLT rel won't work, and I've tried a few others as well, all invalid. I suppose it would work fine if I had an original spellforce cd.
Bleh, all that and im getting stopped by something like this :/

i got it to work too. you really don't have to burn it at 4x...i burned it at 8x and it works just fine..

Is it really working with Patch 1.35 ?
I used another burning method but now that i updatet to 1.35 it's not working anymore.

Hm, not for me :/
Error: manipulated version found
A manipulated or illegal version of the game or
the game executables was found.
Please uninstall the game and reinstall from the
original CDs.
...and patch says the same

Do not use the FLT release. Those guys just HAD TO hack the install source. I think there was a proper CD2 released along with a new key that isn't yet blacklisted by patches.

FLT should work if you use the cleaner directrly after install. Then install BOF and patch. I managed to install BOF but it got grumpy over my Daemon Tool when I tried to launch the game so I gave the whole thing the finger and played Tetris instead

the cleaner is included with the 1.11 cracked update released by FLT...had to use it too to get rid of that error

Breath of Winter contains an Electronic CD-Key, which means you don't have to enter a CD-Key, because the key is stored on the CD.

1) Install FLT-release
2) Use the cleaner in the 1.11 crack by FLT.
3) Install Spellforce - Breath Of Winter English BWClone - [AMiGA2004] (need to follow the instructions in the original post).
4) Start the game and input a non-blacklisted key.

Ok, i was bored so i installed this today. It took some time but finally i had the game installed, patched to 1.35 and all worked like a charm. Then i decided to grab the latest patch but that one doesn't work (game starts bitching that i need the original cd when i try to start)
So my question is:
Does anyone know what the latest patch is that i can use with my burned cd?
