From Neverwinter Nights 2 PROCYON, it says that the part61.rar file is corrupt. Anyone know how to fix this? Tried using Advanced RAR Repair but that doesn't work. Thanks. ~strange

use good sources to get ur files consoles have been invented for emptyheads

A friend of mine got the same release as you from a torrent. The exact same file was corrupted so I offered to send him my .r61 file to which he responded that his wasn't a .r61 file but a .part61.rar (like yours). Turns out this isn't even the actual PROCYON (mdf/mds) release but some ISO file. I later noticed the real PROCYON release doesn't even go up to 61... So yeah, as per the post above... "use good sources to get ur files"

Ive never used Torrents, but dont they come with par or par2 files to fix corrupt archives? If not then why the feck use them?

Error fixing is already integrated in torrent apps.
@ladystrange try using 'keep broken files' in winrar.

Torrent apps (like uTorrent) are supposed to do hash checks on every file part you download from a source, so technically you shouldn't really get any corrupted files. Unless of course the original source file is corrupt?! ... At least that's how I understand it.

Thanks guys. I saw a few posts around about ppl complaining of the part61 file. I'm gonna do a few manual hash checks and see if that won't fix it. Perhaps the original file itself was corrupt. If i can pull a rabiit outta my butt i'll let you know.
