Yes, you need winrar to unpack the files.. then you will be left with an iso or similar image file (I didnt download this crap so not sure what the image format is) Being a Razor release its more than likely going to be an iso.. which you can mount with Daemon tools or burn with your favourite burning prog

kobi_game2: Use WinRAR.. the packages is splitted becuase it takes less space and it its easier to replace one if there is one corrupted

If you have winrar installed do the following..

Double Click on RZR-NFSC.001 and a box will pop up..Click on (Select program from list) and click OK...You will get a list of programs (CLICK ON WINRAR) then you will be able to extract your files.
