The new demo also contains a new map right? a battle between the spanish and the aztecs.

i am also wondering, the game will be like 10 to 11 gigs i have heard, so i suppose the release of this game will be as well, but doens't some groups release it without the movies so the will turn up like a few gigs less? because i think most of the content are movies or am i wrong?

:d;Very Happyd;D!!

some groups do release the games without the movies etc.. to make the game smaller
ill be buying this 1 anyway as 11 gigs to download is just to much and will take to long to download plus if they did rip the movies from the game it wouldnt be the same Sad

It means that the content is compressed before installed.

Compression ftw. If i were in charge of real life's research queue, i would put like 95% on developing new superneat compression techniques.
And the other 5% at like, like bringing back smaller eat-able muffins. What the FUCK is up with all the muffins in the world being the size of a baby's head??! How the fuck are you supposed to eat them? It takes like 10 bites to get to the good stuff in the middle, its an outrage!!
Screw cancer research and stuff, bringing back the good old normal muffins and compression is what needs to be improved in this world Very Happy

WinRK looks like a compression winner, but it took the tester 8.5 hours to compress 300MB file into a 70MB file. Give it a month, and you'll be burning SCDA into a 900CD Laughing

Of course this is a wind up, the Europe Gold Code day is not until the 08Nov as per this thread:

He either has the pre ordered demo or playzone.se are selling illegal beta versions of the game.

Lol Very Happy Its so cute when ppl think games magically materialize in stores exactly at the release-date Smile
Or what, it hasnt gone gold yet? :S Of course it has! ?

Damn fuck Very Happy I want it toooooooo. But im too lazy to buy it and unplug 1 of my harddrives, plug in the dvd burner, install the game, and friggen wait for a crack so i can unplug the dvd drive again and plug in the harddrive again looooool. Only have 1 IDE-slot on my motherboard, its too modern to bother with more IDE's lol..
Another thing why protections SUCK. If this game had none, i'd buy it right now this hour.
Galciv 2 ftw \o/

Yes i know, i badly need to convert to SATA2 hd's, but meh, always find something more interesting to buy than virutal space lol
Edit: no FUCK, this is it, im sick of this now. Im dammit fuckin buying a SATA2 HD today along with Medieval 2. Fuck yes.
Time to end this, if i have a dvd burner i fucking should be able to use it!

WTF, why are they shipping it if the official release date isn't until the 10th? I thought the playzone thing was just a mistake on their part? I even went to a store in the city today to check if they had it, but the guy said that he'd get fines shitloads of money if he started selling it before the 1th. So how can playzone and play.com be shipping it already without getting fined??? Confused

Because their servers are located on an oilrig in international waters = no-mans land without any laws?
lol i dunno. Perhaps they just dont care?
Perhaps they still make a larger profit by selling them earlier even if they get fined?
