well im going to go for it and down this. shame I have to wait until midnight as ive used up all my peak bandwidth(thansk to bigass releases these days). and the shit plans you can get in australia. the screenies really look good, i didnt bother with SCCT, so this is a big step up from SCPT. X6800 Core Duo wasted within a shite DFI 975x/g, 2GB OCZ PC8000 XTC XE, X1900 Crossfire(have my own powerstation), Audigy 2, Z680 5.1

Offtopic: Yep australia has the worst broadband in the world, I don't even have adsl2 where I live and i'm in a city FFS.

Ontopic: well I dont have sm3 graphics card so I'm going to have to upgrade. I like the 1st splinter cell, but never played the others so will I like this game?.

Anyone else having extreme graphical glitches? I mean really bad, almost everything is invisible, including Sam, weird fog going through everything.. Only the electrical thing vision mode and heatvision shows the level. Otherwise it's all black, invisible and lights floating.. I have a P4 2.8, GF 7800 GT, 1500 RAM, with all the newest drivers.. It also doesn't matter how the options are set, it looks the same whether its on max or everything on low..

is this the only game you get it with?are you sure AF,AA is disabled if not in game options make sure native drivers too just incase its a bug with them. look on www.guru3d.com for latest drivers for the nvidia even a beta set that might contain any fixes etc.

ok the game is great. if you liked the previous splinter cell games you'll definitely like this one. i've only completed the first mission so far, but the story seems to be very good. graphics are very good too and it runs just fine on a 7800gtx.
