*Supported Video Cards at Time of Release

ATI® X1600/X1800/X1900 NVidia® 6600 /6800/7300/7600/7800/7900

Laptop versions of these cards may work but are NOT supported.

The game requires a SM3.0 compatible video card.

nope. you need a SM3.0 capable card. and ati was too retarded to put that in the x800 series while nvidia put it in thier gf6's at the same time.\
so you either need a gf6 or higher or a X1 series

I guess it's because you can burn a CloneCD, but you can't burn a CloneDVD (don't remember the technical stuff), so you need to emulate it (DT,Alcohol, etc).
