Yup great game and pretty big I must say. I guess I am at the last level, Necropolis. No bugs here except for the rope bow / wall bug (once).

I personally believe that a review should not say what game is good and bad, i think yourself should judge the game. Who knows you might love it or you might hate it.

Seriously, just read some other forums and there ppl show comparison screens ; Screens Gamespot posted before the release and then ones they posted after the release (with no AA, no AF and low settings...). Heck, I don't trust Gamespot Very Happy

Gamespot sucks and always have sucked Look at their site for gods sake, slowpoke and craptastic layout!

I guess reviewers were expecting another Oblivion. This game is perfect for what it is ment to be: Fierce combat and fine story. Combat is great, just great! Few games had such fun combat without cumbersome controls (in fact, I can think of only 2: Riddick and Condemned). Story is fine, nothing special, but... Eh, story in a hack'n'slash... Laughing

Yep this aint Oblivion or Gothic 3, this is an action-rpg. It never was supposed to be like Oblivion with a free world and traders and stuff. Take it for what it is, a great action game Smile

You hit the nail on the head! These three games (Riddick, Condemned and Messiah) are easily the best examples of first person melee combat ever!

yup, uninstalled this game too after falling off the rooftop trying to chase after a jewel. But this time out of frustration not because I thought it was a bug like in marvel alliance. Razz

Why the heck is your hand right in front of you covering the entire freakin' view when you have a magic like fireball ready? Who made this design decision? It's like in that 50 cent game, where 50 cent is blocking the freakin' view. Annoys the heck out of the player. It's like damn it, 50 can you move to the left/right a little so that I can see who shootin' at me? Sheesh!

Maybe if you learnt how to use a mouse it wouldn't be so hard. Just go back to playing streetfighter or something, button bashing seems more your style.

If you think Normal was easy try it again on hard and you'll be surprised, suddently the Parry button becomes very attractive and usefull Surprised Got owned by the first archer in chapter 2 Sad
