Why is it buggy? ive not seen one bug yet.... the only thing ive seen is the odd clipping issue

Yeah, only encountered a few minor ones : Getting stuck in the wall when climbing a rope, mage did a freeze spell on me but another one hit me with a hook, I stayed in the frozen position but without ice around me so I died... |

Mine just arrived home. What would you recommend? apply the key in steam or install from the disk?
5-6 more hours..

I can find one guy on official forum's posting the same, but no replies.
It's not in their FAQ of problems, but there is a Freeze when loading, unfortunately solution for that don't do shit.
Another guy has the same problem here in the technical forum, no replies either.
*sigh* at least when the game wont lauch you have stuff to try, here I can't do shit.
No error, no warning, just a blink and then im at desktop every time I try a new game.

palyed it today
just got one problem after the training it get out of the game and says somthing about blink
missing video or somthing.
any one encounter this problem ?

lots of people on the official forums having the same error as me, getting kicked out at random points in the game with a direct3d error, that then tells you its had a read error in memory. It's actually a source bug because i get it VERY rarely with CS:S but with this its completely unplayable.

Lol, guys, just to show you some minor stupidity (sorry, if posted before): Click credits. You get a loading screen and credits start. Now click escape and try to exit the game.  It'll ask you to save...

if you run it from the "dvd" and not thro steam it will for some reson be leeas lag and stuff. Take taht from on that tested.

Had anyone managed to download the mutliplayer version through pacsteam? only singleplayer works for me (trying multiplayer tells me that server is too busy to handle my request all the time).

Thanks.. i did.. no installing.. just extract and go sounds great too..
first time i ran it i watched the starting movie.. then i was asked to set up the brightness.. then the game just exited to windows.. no error
i just started it again and clicked esc on the movie.. got a game menu.. setup some options, i.e. keys and then tried to start a new game.. saw the loading screen.. then it sqeecked and my computer restarted...
well... trying new drivers from nvidia now.. hope it works better after that
