just finished it and it was crap all the way , Condemned had better performance and more trilling story , o and for the fanboys why i think this was crap ... allways closed environment with closed doors and badies spawn points ... if i wanted a stupid , no story fps then i would play a shooter from 1999 and not this crap ...

Why did no group pre the dvd version of the game? I dont want to raise a discussion "whats better DVD/CD" but i just dont understand why

Uncut means that somewhere in the world (e.g. Germany) the game is censored, toned down violence, less blood,etc...
The uncut version features severed limbs and more gore  |

FEAR was not demanding at all! I could run it fairly smoothly on a CRAP system (radeon 9200 (not even a DX9-card!), 512 RAM and amd 2800+ processor). Almost everything on low though.

So it isn't demanding at all, eh? Just because it runs with everything on low, doesn't mean it's not demanding. When you play games, you want to enjoy them as the developers intended, and FEAR with everything on the highest is quite demanding. |

hah pure ignorance. of course it runs good for you fool, without a dx9 card you cant take advantage of all of the features. so you're basically playing the half assed version with that piss poor card.

Well, says it all that the more features that is turned on you'll need a better system. but still, even on my old crappy system, i could play it and it looked great and had good effects too (dust from the walls when shot, slo-mo). can't complain about a game that is ahead of it's time, then you'll just have to do with not having all the coolest effects.
now, how about that patch??
