Must.. wait for RLD's release. All I know is if I download it and when I wake up tomorrow, there'll be a RLD release.
Can't wait. Oh, and I better finish FEAR 1st. lol

ok tried it works with german version nice^^

Please refer to the F.E.A.R. readme for additional information.
* F.E.A.R. Extraction Point requires F.E.A.R. 1.07 for installation.
You may need to manually download and install the F.E.A.R. 1.07 patch.

The game should support 1.08 but I guess 1.07 is the lowest supported version.
(Would be stupid if 1.08 is unsupported)
Now let's kick little girl ass.
(Yeah I know, just a image she uses, she's like 30 now)

there are so many patches in the web
one for us
one for UK
one for french
and for each of them there are 2 versions ( small and large )
i dont know which patch i need to install
How i know my version ( UK , US , Euro ) of game
Can someone help Please?

i installed the uk version worked to and the expansion is really nice
makes fun and good story since now, long levels

when i try to install the game it asks me if i wanna install the 1.07 patch. i click on yes and then i get this error message:
"the update is only compatible with the english (united states) version of fear.please use the correct update for the installed version of the game."

The problem that I just realized that this expansion has its own exe. I saw it when I installed it. Just like in AvP2/PH; typical for Monolith. I have securom drivers removed so I don't want to install them again so I'll wait.

This is what I did:
1. Installed FEAR using the clone-release which has fearclone.nfo (UK version).
2. Installed FEAR Update 1.08 Full UK (fear_update_engb_100-107_108.exe)
3. Installed FEAR Extraction Point.
I think it doesn't really matter what release you use, as long as you remember to patch FEAR properly.

I got this message when I tried to install Extraction Point without patching FEAR to the proper version.
The US patch is included in the Extraction Point release, if you don't have the US version of FEAR you need to manually download and install the patch for whichever version you got in order to be able to install the expansion. |

yeha because you have a preovieos version insatlled i had the same problem because i have installed 1.06
you have to install first 1.06 or i don't now what you got installed then 1.07_108 xD
