Its disgusting...the image the media sends to women.
No one is perfect and you shouldnt try to be. Accept what you have and work with it.
Beauty is much more than just skin deep.
I'd rather be with an 'average' looking girl who's intelligent and fun to be with as oppose to some girl who's really hot but has no brains and is a bitch.
And, in all honesty, I find that hot girls are usually bitches and a little ditzy. Im sure all of em arent like that (pistol is a good example, sexy and intelligent) but the majority of the ones ive met are like that.

What does having met have to do with recognizing her good traits? I think she's a sexy and intelligent woman. The way she expresses herself, her ideas and opinions, her attitude...its sexy. And you cant tell me she's not intelligent

Yes and No. No cause i dont mind girls wearing makeup to look more beautiful or doing something extra with their hair, almost every women like men do that.
And yes cause i would also rather meet a average looking girl who is intelligent and funny, but that doesnt mean it cant be combined  |
Doing their hair or using a little bit of makeup is ok.
Im talking about more extreme things. Like women who starv themselves because they see these 100lbs girls in magazines and shit.
Thats not cool at all.
And plus, I like women with some meat on them. Who wants to hug up a stick? |

I don't get it. You guys are being shallow criticizing someone’s style. Even if they want to be someone they're not. What's the point telling them they look fucking disgusting? If they are happy with the way they look, some do, then why tell them they don't?
People go on diets because they feel that they look inadequate. If you tell them that they're ugly, what good are you doing? You’re making them want to change. You tell a skinny woman she looks fucking nasty, she’ll eat more and more until she’s fat as hell and then what? You tell her you won’t touch her now because you can’t wrap your hands around her? God.

Judging appearence is kinda the topic of the thread man. Thats why we are discussing it.
And its one thing if a girl is naturally skinny. One of my best friends, Jackie, is naturally thin and she eats like a horse...im talking 2 big macs, a cheeseburger and supersized fries as a mcdonalds meal...yet she only weighs 105lbs and she isnt bullemic or anything.
What bothers me is that some girls think in order to be pretty, they need to be thin. Thats not true at all. I know some girls who have killer bodies, but because they are thin, they're faces look worn down you know?
I'd like to see models that arent superskinny and weigh what they are supposed to weigh.
Its good see 'plus size' models are becoming more popular.
The image the media presents also fucks with guys. Like if your girl isnt a size 2, she's fat and ugly...thats not true at all you know? |

Some girls don't want to look like Bristol board beauties but they boes do. Guys are fucking shallow. If you're with a girl who has a mole on her face and you tell her one day that it distracts you plenty... what is she going to do? For women it's like the gap ads with sexy guys acting all sexy and they see women who look much like them being happy with a guy with a square chin and big muscles. And they want that. They want to have that smile the girl has. The girl doesn't have to be pretty at all. She just has to have some of the characteristics to share with the viewer.
And for guys. They show ‘average’ guys (well built) with skinny sexy girls being happy and such. And sooner or later it sinks in. And it fucks you up. You can watch romantic comedies and wherever you look there’s either an average looking guy with a fucking goddess acting all great and all like any woman should. Or an average looking gal with a godlike male meeting all of her needs. Y’know? An average looking girls will want a godlike male and average looking guys will want a goddess. It’s not going to change. Even this whole, nobody’s perfect, talk. People are perfect. If you let them be perfect. To be perfect is to be yourself and let people see who you really are. Perfection comes with flaws. If you try and hide your flaws then you’re just trying to be perfect to let your mate find you attractive. And you’re afraid that if she’ll see flaws in you she’ll move on.
Because people think to be perfect is to appear perfect.
I know I’m not making sense. It’s hard to talk about something when you only have a low level education under your belt. maybe when I grow old and have a snow storm brewing on my face I’ll be able to communicate more fluidly and coherently.

I agree. Flaws arent flaws. Rather, they are unique characteristics that define a person.
And thats what i was saying, the media gives people an unrealistic point of view and image of both women and men.
Why would you say you have low education? Education isnt just school. Intelligence can be developed in many ways.
Do you consider me stupid or dumb? I only have a grade 9 education...i was expelled from both boards right. Still, whats funny is i did all the essential courses up to grade 12 (like math and science and english) but i didnt get credit for them because of my vice prinicipal and a computer error...still fuckin pisses me off.
My point is school is important for the basics, but it doesnt teach you all that much. School is more about exposure to various subjects and you decide where to go after the initial exposure.
I think your a smart guy. Just sometimes its hard to articulate your idea...happens to me to..this post for example. What I want to say isnt coming out and ive had to write the thing 3 fuckin times

To me education helps you articulate your ideas and organize them properly. I have a problem with organization You don't. You may not be able to quote the dictionary when you write, but you know how organize what you're saying so that it makes sense. You get the idea what I’m saying?
I am dumb. I have a nice way of saying things but they never come out properly. They get... mixed up.

Its funny you should mention this...i just said (in a different thread) i was having the same problem.
Naw man, alot of the time, I think what I say comes out wrong and doesnt get across the point i wanted to get across.
Unorganized thoughts, not being able to articulate yourself properly etc happens to everyone every so often.
Im having one of these days today. I feel brain dead. Literally, my head feels numb. Im actually having to think about what I say as to just conversing like i usually do...know what i mean?
