I ignore most things that have been done before, the majority of FPS's, RTS's etc.. I like games with something new that I haven't seen in other games.

well sport , online rpg , flying sim , stretagy like civilization , kids , and all the type of games that looks like shit or from small companys or just small games in size (300 mb racing game not likey for me 2 try)

hehe looks like most of you are very picky when it comes to games..tbh, judging from some of your replies to this thread - there can be like 2-3 games MAX per year that you even bother with
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Hard to say which ones I really ignore, much more there is some sort of sieve for some of them. But closes to autoignore are StarForce games. It is just evil, and not because of hard backup copying (I actually do not have problems with that), but because my DVD drive stops to read like a half of DVDs - original, backups, even some with personal data, when the driver is installed.
Otherwise I ignore 99% of sports games and racing games, but sometimes I install some old one when a party is at my place, so we can compete a little.
I also currently ignore most of level based MMORPGs, since I find them primitive (no offence, just my opinion).
Edit: Oh, and of course the games only for little kids or titles like Deer Hunt or so. Most of pure commercialized nonsense fads (not included original games like The Sims 2 - I am really evil in that game)

These days I seem to auto-ignore everything. I didn't finish a game in months/years. Don't know if it's me or the crappy games.
In the oldern days I didn't mind the genre. If a game was good, I played it. I even played Sims for a while. It wasn't long, but I played it.
