From now on, no more talk about how fast your torrent is going or that you saw something somewhere. It's useless information we dont need.
Posts will be deleted ignoring this.

Because they like to read comments like this...FFS, go to their forum/requests and flame them...sue them

No more links to gamefiles like the language.pak and such. These belong to the game itself and spreading them is illegal.
Posts regarding this will be removed. In serious cases a temp.ban will follow.
Thank you

If RLD can't crack it, why do you think you can? And even IF you can crack, i'd rather still wait for another "official" release instead of homemades...

jo wood and aspyr media press release
"If you're like me, you are anxiously awaiting the release of G3 in the U.S.. Most knowledgeable U.S. Gothic followers are well aware that the handling of marketing and distriubtion of the Gothic series in the U.S. continues to be weak.
As most of you know by now, the only way to get G3 in the U.S. "economically" at about the same time as the Euro release is to purchase the UK version at at gogamer.com http://www.gogamer.com/Gothic-3-PC-Games_stcVVproductId6127390VVcatId444758VVviewprod.htm. The current base price (i.e. before shipping) is $44.90 for the 10/20/06 UK release date. Also, for those who follow gogamer.com, I suppose there is a 50/50 chance that gogamer.com could throw G3 into one of it's 48 Hour Madness deals and sale G3 for somewhere under $40. Who knows, just have to keeep on the lookout.
If you're like me however, there are plenty of other games coming in Oct and Nov to keep me busy (Dark Messiah, SCDA etc) and so it's easy enough for me to wait for the US release date of 11/20/06 (assuming that's really accurate). Accordingly, I just stumbled onto a really nice price for G3 at PC Connection. The base price right now is $26.32!!! The shiipping cost is quite a bit higher than I would normally expect, but all-end it's still $7 to $15 less than any comparable pricing I've seen to date. The link is http://www.pcconnection.com/ProductDetail?Sku=7065860
Newegg also has a nice price at $37.99 with more reasonable shipping costs. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16832351001
P.S. - The other benefit of ordering the US version for late November is that it gives one the ability to determine whether the worrisome recent double-gold affair turns out to be no big deal or a serious problem since we'll have a month for the Euros to pass quality control judgement."

Guess we'll be waiting for more than a month then for a release with Securom 7 crack... In the meanwhile, let's hope RLD is succesful with the Tages/X-Prot protection...!

Strange thing about that "crack" on GCworld and Gbworld is that the T28 and the X-prot dll are the same file because they have the same MD% hash: aa4ecf58c6b08acc914e1b2c31e3f475

Ok so contrary at what someone told me in the previous page, the game ISN'T out in US, but it's out in english as UK version (judging from previous post). Now, are you sure US version will be gold after as a different version and bugfixes or it will be exactly the same thing as the UK version and wouldn't really worth waiting a month? (or the UK version + patch will be the same so don't care about US?)

US version is rumoured to have Securom 7 copy protection, although I don't know for sure. I don't know if RLD is waiting for the US release to crack it, or if they're working on Tages right now... Content should be the same, maybe with the patch already included but there's no source for that.
We'll just have to wait and see i guess...!
