Dude, first off, you can go where you want, do what you want. Check out the different factions, see what they can offer.
Besides that, you know where your journal is? Check that out, it usually helps. You should talk to Gorn though if you want something specific to do, he'll lead you to a rebal encampment, then you can go about impressing them if you like. Through them you'll come into contact with orcs and from then on it's your decision how you interact with them.
Avoid the capital city though, there are hundreds of hostile orcs surrounding it who kill any human on sight. There are multiple ways to get in though, but not until later.

In the read me it says "Works only with Windows Vista Beta1, NOT the Release Candidate 1 or 2, due to the bug in the FileSystem Driver support!" so...pretty useless...unless ur a OS freak and have that installed. |
