First patch is out and guess what? I produces more bugs than it solved. I give up. Unplayable at this time. Give it back to video rent tommorrow. Maybe I'll fetch up after the next 3-4 Patches.

What do you mean unplayable? Does it have any critical bugs? Is the fps too low? Cause some people say the game is unplayable if they cant play 1280x1024 full speed or cause they cant finish a couple of side quests

BTW, the usenet thing seems to be real, at least everything looks real, and the files are the same as the screeny above too. And it looks english.

The youngest was the most loved, the youngest was the shielded... 
Anyway I've been over at a mates and playing Gothic 3, damn it's a blast, this huge living world full of people who live their own lives (more realistically than oblivion) you don't have npc's standing around the town square and telling you random gossip when you pass them by, instead they sit at benches or logs, they go inside their little cottage and sleep, you can even get romantic with the females
You just feel part of the world and not just an unwilling participant like you do in oblivion

Here your just kinda dragged in as you complete small quests and odd jobs you get from average joe's it just feels like a believable fantasy world.
Sadly I didn't get to play much as my mate is just as excited as I am about it, I did get to make a cd image and throw it on a usb stick so I'll go work on getting that to work now.
But let it be known this game DOES NOT fail to deliver and even one as hyped as I, was pleasantly surprised of the quality and soul the developers have put into it. |
