use the starforce nightmare software .. that way you maybe wont need to open the computer and unplug the cables.. and did you changed the autodetect line to 2 as well?

yes, I've tried everything in reloaded's nfo, and tried to disable the cables, I also tried to run it in w2k compatibility mode, and in every single time it just prompts the logo, black screen and crash.

this is what I did:
1. Installed the game
2. copied the crack over the original exe
3. started starforce nightmare software and disabled the Node, Ch2,Cd, Sc master, Sc slave,
4. changed the lines to:
; 2 = autodetect
Shadermode = 2
the game works so far without any problems...

Hmm dunno what kind of problems it can be.. if you get an errormessage when it goes to windows check the information about the error and check with DxDiag.exe if there is anything that doesnt seems to be ok.. Time for bed now.. hope that the game will work for you soon.. I might come here tomorrow and see if you have written anything new..
