Some friends and I played the 07 version the other day using the real life pro characters.
The problem we had though was that the power function did not seem to make any difference to a shot at all. ie A full power shot would go the same distance as a non powered shot !

Anyone else had this problem or know a solution to this problem ?

Not sure what your meaning exactly chutneylad but my interpretation of the control system in the Tiger series to date on Xbox and indeed in Tiger 07 is that the power is controlled both via the amount of backswing you take and whacking the white button repeatedly during the backswing to "boost" your shots.

As an example only drawing the club back half way results in near enough half the distance that a fully hit shot would achieve or are you meaning something else?

Not sure about this game btw, I'll play it some more but seemed an awful lot like last years version which is certainly no bad thing but I expected more. Smile

I am a seasoned TIGER player dude so I know how the game works ! The game just aint working how it should do which is annoying as hell. Anyway ! The 360 demo has just gone up so am gonna take a butcher's at that. Hope EA have sorted out their shite servers otherwise this will be going straight back to the shop after purchasing !

Bet there is no online option on the demo BTW !

Yeah I thought you would say that, I've been playing this since it was a mega drive game in the guise of PGA, I worded my previous reply so as to not mean any kind of offense btw - even in your reply though you didn't care to elaborate on exactly whats wrong so all I can say is that I've played a few rounds and finished probably on average around 10 under for each round, during the course of those rounds I've used the full compliment of shots and had no probs as I said very similiar to last years game even the controls.
