In the UK we recently got crazy with broadband and now we're finally getting 10mbit, 16 and 24. But I choose to take the 4mbit cause it's truly unlimited for £25 a month. The 10mbit is too, but it's £35 a month.

Fucking 2Mb down and 96kb up which mean - 250KB down/13KB up.
It's like i'm living in a fucking 3rd world country. Well they said they are going to upgrade it in the next several days to 200kb upload but it still sucks. (ADSL ).

Well that's true, but the majority is poor(really poor, 60 million around the poverty threshold), and just about 10% are rich, so that makes us a "developing country". (Like if its going to be developed one day.... I doubt that... but this would go way too off topic).
