wow he can leech stuff in the blazing speed of 4mb/s. Does that makes him a better person?
Does it give him the right to make a fugly youtube video with crappy music downloading iso's and being a leet german?
Time to understand this:
there are several countries where you can get 100/100mbit without problem (ie sweden).
But for those of you that have ADSL connections, don't loose faith yet. VDSL2+ is currently under development and will allow speeds closer to real fiber connections in a near future if the DSLam at your station gets upgraded to it. 
To give you an example
ADSL - maximum T8 (8mbit, 1mbit up, half duplex)
ADSL2+ - maximum 24mbit, 1mbit up, half duplex.
VDSL - either 12/9, 52/1, 24/3 or 18/5 mbits full duplex
VDSL2+ - a theoretical maximum of about 50/45mbit so far, and as I said its still in development. In sweden Bredbandsbolaget will upgrade stations in bigger cities to VDSL2+ when possible.
Conclusion:
leeching in 4mb/s ain't cool.

It's not impressive to download with 4mb/s.
I've uploaded with 7mb/s and downloaded with 10mb/s.
That's more impressive.

But it's still not impressive enough, when it comes down to gbit I'm getting impressed.
That guy recordning when he's downloading in like 3-4mb/s, what a retard who thinks that's fast. God, I hate people who thinks they are hardcore when going at an avarage speed of 3mb/s, seriously, it's not fast.

Depends what you call reasonable.. friend of mine in sweden had a unlimited 10/10 connection, his isp offerd him 100/100 for same price but with a 300gb cap... so he declined lol... was a year or 2 ago though so may be diffrent now.

Nope the 100mbits dont have caps, some may have though but most dont.
