If the option is not available through the game , u can try to force it through the video card drivers (for Nvidia ones, go to the 3d management settings, and for Vertical Sync option, don't let the application decide and force it off )

OK turned it off i try now the game THX hope it works

No i have played it yesterday evening and not found that option. I think there is nothing you can do. But i think 25 FPS is good to play.

with how many fps are you playing???? and what specs

I play it with ah amd 3500+ 1gb GF 6800GT and it plays with 20-25 fps. But when i zoom in it drops to 15 or so. I have grass set to medium but i think that it does not matter much!

There is also included a readme file in the root with latest nfo updates bout the game:

Quote:
==================================================================
AI Assist
==================================================================

The AI Assist is a feature which lets the player use the program’s
AI (Artificial Intelligence) to help them set up a running economy
or to help them defend their base.
Although work on this feature was well advanced when the game was
completed we were unable to fully implement it in time. We therefore
decided not to unlock it in the game. However, we would still like
to give interested players the chance to use this feature. Please
understand that neither we nor our partners can provide any support
for this feature.

You can unlock this function by changing the following entries in
the settings.cfg file from:
Root/AI/AssisEnableEco = '0'
Root/AI/AssisEnableDefense = '0'
to:
Root/AI/AssisEnableEco = '1'
Root/AI/AssisEnableDefense = '1'

This help the AI running better off ingame...

@SkoopyDoo: maybe you should choose another mp map then arena. this map is only for fighting you have to choose the units bevor you join the game. on other maps you can build and harvest without any problems.

Lamer? Very Happy (joke, sorry)

DVD5 == 4700000000 bytes
or

DVD5 == 4700000000/1024 == 4589843.75 kBytes

or
DVD5 == 4700000000/(1024*1024) == 4482.269287109375 MBytes

or
DVD5 == 4700000000/(1024*1024*1024) == 4.3772161006927490234375 GBytes

ThanX, great link. Pay attention!!! Idea NFO from "DVD Format/Logo/Licensing corporation": http://www.dvdfllc.co.jp/faq.html Look Q.7:

What is the difference between "Gbytes" and "GB"?
A.7
DVD Format Books specify the storage capacity by "Gbytes", not "GB." Since "Gbytes" and "GB" represent different values, DVD FLLC recommends that the Licensees use "Gbytes" as the unit on the packages of their products and on the related materials.

1 Gbytes
= 109 bytes (1,000,000,000 bytes)
1 GB = 230 bytes (1,073,741,824 bytes)
4.7 billion bytes capacity of 12 cm diameter DVD disc is equivalent to 4.7 Gbytes, not to 4.7 GB.

Simple - wikipedia is "open" resource and have "little omission" regards this question
PAY ATTENTION ON FEATURE!!! Razz

I don't get what you are trying to say here? You are one funny man. I know the difference between a KiloByte and a Kilobit, but I just don't see it with the DVDs. Why? Because on my recordables it says GB == GIGABYTES.

Now, a DVD5 is in fact 4,7 GIGABYTES. I don't care if you pull more silly math out of your ass to prove otherwise.

No a DVD5 is not 4,7 GB. It's ~4,3 GB (~4.707.000.000 bytes).

You might try to overburn.But you must have a good media and writer for it. Use nero cd-dvd speed to test if your writer and media is capable of doing that. This article should give a hint.
