I have been through more shit in my life then most people have in a lifetime ok so don't act like you know me cuz you havent a clue about me. I aint gonna get into the shit I have survived in my life cuz its personal, but there aint shit in prison that can scare me that is worse then wat I have survived in my life already being afraid isnt smart its weakness, In some situations if you panic you die or someone else does. I wont being goin too real prison as you call it cuz I have my life straightened out now Worse thing I do these days is smoke some bud once in a while. I used to get angry a lot and it resulted in me punching things. Doors, bus stops, whatever. I dunno when I chilled out, but I eventually did. Now I mostly use the gym as my anger release, although to be honest I never get it much. I get the 'feeling angry at yourself' but it's not like I wanna lash out. Something just switched and I stopped hitting things 2 years ago.

Whenever I feel angry I just go out for a surf, Its really relaxing and it gives me time to calm down, No need to go punch a wall.

I think it is great that you got your life on track with everything you say you have been through.
I do have a question for you if you don’t mind me asking. It is about your username. It is just you talk about being through shit, recovering from heroin addiction, improving your life but yet you choose a username that glorifies drugs. Usually people like to choose a username that fits them. It seem you chose a username you find cool from your past life of drugs and dope.
