I've been wondering, is the time limit built in the .exe for the demo and has anyone tried using the .arc files from the ps2 leak to use with the demo? obviously I guess if someone here had they may have said something but has anyone heard of someone doing this? untill the pc release of course at which point this becomes moot.

To all Just Cause fans: Thanks for all the great feedback! We are aware of some of the issues commented and please remember that the demo does not represent the final quality of the game (both the PC and Xbox 360 demo). Some of the differences between the retail and demo versions are:

* Physics tweaked vehicle handling is improved in the retail versions.
* Graphics updates including improved landscape graphics.
* There are no "mission areas" (which leads to mission failed if left) in retail version.

Cool

Would you please stop bashing me and actually try to comprehend my posts? If you ever tried the pc demo and the xbox 360 demo you would notice that its basically impossible, and most importantly, not fun in any way, to control the vehicles in the pc version.

And dont act like a saint, you will be bored with the game a month from now anyway Wink

hehe indeed though i aint a n00b, my account doesnt seem to let me log into anymore after being offline for 2 months(moved from UK to Ozzie land).

i like the demo but the vehicles do indeed suck ass, so if they really are going to fix those issues then should be good.

uh im not bashing you. you bolded the gfx line so it looks like youre more excited about the gfx than anything, and i played the pc demo and mapped the driving controls to my gamepad with joy to key and it was much better than the default setup. so there was nothing impossible about it. and i wont be bored of it a month from now i doubt ill even be playing it then. i rarely play games soon as i get them.

How did u do that Confused

I thought we couldn't change the controls in the PC demo. I searched a ".ini" file in the installation directory (to manually change the controls) but found nothing . Could u tell us ?
Thx
