After installing the game your going to the directory :
For example :

C:\Program Files\Monte Cristo\Fire Department 3\Data

There you go to directory name Config :

There you edit the file name Start.cfg with notepad.
Then you see there the 8 line from top ( including empty lines count ) : Language FRA

Just change the FRA to ENG
Save the files and run the game

Now the game is in full english from menus to gameplay voices everything Smile

anyone that has this problem.
When io start the training mission an error occures and the game will be shut down.
With the error "an error occured in fd3.exe and needs to be closed.
When i retsrat the game and i want to play and mission than there isnt a problem unless when i dont get one of my objectives and want to restart it the same errors pops up.
Hope someone can help me because this game kicks ass

I have the same problem ... I just hope the release group will do a proper fix really soon
