User review from relic forums:

Very disappointed. The full version is basically $50-60 for a few extra maps for multiplayer, or skirmish mode. No new units, abilities or anything. What a let down, who would have thought the "demo" had the entire playable content of the game, bar the single player campaign and a few maps for skirm/multi mode. Not even any new music in the skirmish mode, from my 2 hours of playing any way. Unless I missed something here, this game was hyped up way more then it turned out to be realisticly. Too bad you can't return it once you've used the cd-keys (required to install)

Yes it has been released. I am gonna test it just because it has been made by Relic, nothing else. For all I know it could be "just another WW2 RTS" as so many before it.

Oh btw...sidenote from this game (couldnt find the call of duty 3 thread and as this is atleast ww2...) Infinity Ward is working on a secret project for Pc..another Call Of Duty game using Vista.. anyway, sorry for changing subject but I thought I might share while I was posting anyway.
edit: Apparently they decided to skip Call of duty 3 on pc and concentrate on a totally new version ment only for PC. All this according to a swedish site named gamereactor
